Our Team

This has been an awesome year for Team #6929 Data Force! During the summer we have given many demonstrations to community businesses. In addition we presented to audiences at the:
  • Highlands Ranch Library
  • STEM Academy
  • Boy Scout Show and merit badge classes
  • Dish, GEStem, Platte River Academy, Energy Day, Internet of Things Users Conference, ISTE, Jr. FLL and FLL Demonstrations, Boys and Girls Club of Denver, and more.

To spread FIRST knowledge our team taught classes at the STEM Academy over the summer and spoke with friends/neighbors. In addition:
  • We helped over twenty rookie FLL and fifty FTC teams
  • Orgranized and presented at the Colorado Kickoff
  • Mentored teams after the season kick off for FTC and FLL rookie teams
  • Held workshops and scrimmages for FTC teams
  • Helped build and program robots for other teams during competitions our team attended to help them compete
  • Volunteered at the Colorado FIRST Jr. FLL, FLL, and FTC events

We taught the FIRST Core Values and STEM experience to everyone we met. We also had goals to learn advanced Solidworks and MathCAD to assist in executing the engineering design process, 3D printing, advance our programming skills, and develop other engineering techniques.

Thank you FIRST for such a great opportunity!
